If you are. . .
- purchasing the paper tickets you received in the blue homework folder, please add ALL of the ticket numbers in the box below. REMEMBER! YOU MUST RETURN YOUR TICKET STUBS TO THE OFFICE OR YOUR CHILD'S TEACHER BY OCTOBER 20TH.
- purchasing additional tickets , please include the name of the student and the student's teacher you are purchasing additional tickets from. Tickets will be completed by the PTA and then a photo of the stub will be texted or emailed to you. If the stubs should be completed with a name/ number/ address different than the one provided please include.
