Corporate Gift Matching Programs
If your employer offers a gift matching program, it could potentially double your donation to Westlake!
Q. What is Gift Matching?
A. Gift Matching Programs are offered by many employers, especially larger corporations. These programs provide funds to match their employees' charitable contributions. Matches are usually 1:1. Sometimes an employer will give more than 1:1 match! Q. How does Gift Matching Help Westlake? A. Corporate Matching allows you to double the impact of your monetary donation (and possibly volunteer time) at no cost to you! If you donate $200 to Westlake PTA, your employer would also give $200, which would in total fund $400 toward enriched learning, teachers assistants, field trips, art, and more to all children at Westlake. Q. How do I know if my employer has a Gift Matching Program? A. Ask your employer (HR, Benefits), and search your company intranet if one exists. Benevity is one of the main gift matching tools that your company may be using for matching requests. Also you can look up your company name in an online database, like the one above. Q. What if I don't see Westlake PTA as an approved non-profit organization in my company Gift Matching Tool? A. Please nominate Westlake PTA for eligibility in your employer's gift matching program.

Volunteer Hour Matching
- There are more ways to find support through your employer than just donations and matching gifts. Some companies will make a donation to “match” their employees’ time spent volunteering at your organization.
- Volunteer grant programs are corporate giving programs in which companies provide monetary donations to organizations where employees volunteer regularly.
- When you volunteer with us, it's an easy way to provide us with additional financial support!
