​The Back-To-School BBQ is Westlake's biggest and most fun community event of the year!

​Everyone is welcome and we will have food, games, and raffle prizes for all.

Sign Up Here for cooking, shopping, cleaning, donating raffle items, supervising games, etc.
We need LOTS of hands to pull this off smoothly, so please find a slot or two and help out! We are in need of help at the event as well as items to donate to our Raffle Prizes. There are volunteer spots for BBQ cooks, servers, ticket sales, baked good donations, running a game booth, donating raffle item, set up, clean up and much more! 

Play the Dunk Tank 
​We want to make this the most memorable Back to School BBQ ever and to start some new traditions! So this year we are inviting our 5th graders to have their very own booth (which is the most fun booth!) at the Back to School BBQ: ​The Soak n' Wet Alternative Dunk Tank. The Soak ‘n’ Wet is a water friendlier version of the dunk tank game! Once the target is hit, the person under the bucket becomes soak ‘n’ wet with water! Sign-Up coming soon!​

​Once again we will be serving Caramel Apples and Cotton Candy by Marini's! Thank you Marini's Candies for your support!
