Join the Westlake Read-A-Thon
All students are welcome to participate in Read-A-Thon during our 2-week celebration of Reading for Wildcats!
- Students keep track of minutes they read, or were read to, during the two week period of Nov 4-18. Here are example ways to tracking minutes on your own:
- Google docs, paper, whiteboard, etc.
- Students log their final minute tally via a Google doc form to be emailed to those registered. The more minutes read, the more raffle tickets entered for the student.
- Donations to the PTA are welcome, but not required to participate. Students can seek donations from friends and family as well!
- Don't forget to check out our Scholastic Book Fair, happening also November 4-18!

Also Visit our Online Book Fair
From November 4-17 you can also celebrate Wildcats Read by supporting our school when you shop at our Scholastic Book Fair, Online. Usually this event takes place in the Library, but this year due to COVID we will be taking our book fair online. Thank you for your support!
