HOW IT WORKS:
Support the Westlake Elementary School through New Leaf Community Market’s E-card program! Starting Wednesday, September 1, 2021 parents, teachers, family and community members can purchase New Leaf gift cards directly from our school and they will give our school money back! This program does not cost or require anything extra besides getting a gift card and doing your regular shopping.

To participate:
You card will be ready and funds will be added by the first Friday after the monthly collection date. If you have questions, please feel free to contact: Jeanene Taylor at westlake.ptafundraising (at) gmail.com.
- Make a check out to “Westlake PTA” for one of the amounts listed above, be sure to include your email address or phone number so that you can be notified when your first refillable card is ready for pick-up.
- Drop the check off in the “New Leaf” box located in the Westlake Office on or before any of the collection dates (note: after the first collection date on 9/13 the rest will be collected on the first Monday of every month): 9/13, 10/4, 11/8, 12/6, 1/10, 2/7, 3/7, 4/11, 5/2.
- If you are refilling your card with funds, just include the last four digits of your gift card number in the memo of the check.
